What are Team Building Services?
'Team Building' is the process of motivating and enabling a group of people to reach their goal. Therefore, Team Building is not just an event (though events can play a part), nor is it something that can be 'done' by someone outside the team (though outside consultants can help). It is a task primarily for the team manager and the team members themselves.

In its simplest terms, the stages involved in team building are:
• To clarify the team goals
• To build ownership and commitment to those goals across the team
• To identify those issues which inhibit the team from reaching their goals
• To address those issues, remove the inhibitors and thereby enable the goals to be achieved

What is a Challenge Course?
A challenge course is a series of activities that take place on the ground (low challenge course) or at heights of up to 55 feet in the air (high challenge course). At either altitude, these activities effect participants by increasing their self-awareness, confidence, self-esteem, motivation, responsibility, interpersonal skills, and concern for others. Through adventure and experience comes collaboration, compassion, and authenticity. Low Challenge Course activities and games challenge the way people work together in an effort to help them identify new strategies to enhance team dynamics. The High Challenge Course refers to a network of challenges, both physical and mental, that are located 55 feet above ground in our state-of-the-art static high challenge course. The high challenge course is comprised of wooden platforms, utility poles, cargo nets, cables, and ropes.

Challenge Course Safety
At Adventura, safety comes first. Our challenge course is designed by experienced industry experts to maximize the excitement and minimize the risk. By definition, adventures have inherent risks, both real and perceived. Our challenge courses are constructed by builders accredited by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), the leader in research, design, and construction of challenge courses. An ACCT accredited builder inspects all equipment regularly, along with all components of low and high elements. Additionally, we inspect our facility weekly.
