Holiday Boot Camp
In three short weeks, you’ll learn everything you need to know to entertain your friends and relatives during the holiday season.
WEEK 1 – Wed. Dec. 2 – Brian Matthews from the Barking Frog will share drink recipes & tips for creating the perfect holiday cocktails. Create a Hot Apple Pie, an Oatmeal Cookie and a White Chocolate Mint-Tini. Yum!
WEEK 2 – Wed. Dec. 9 – Chef Bobby Moore of the Barking Frog and Wine Director Jeffrey Dorgan will share their favorite tips and recipes for holiday appetizers and discuss how to pair the perfect wine with traditional holiday meals.
WEEK 3 – Wed. Dec. 16 – Trena Costello, Pastry Chef at the Barking Frog, shares her recipes for creating the perfect homemade holiday desserts.
All classes are complimentary and held in Fireside Cellars from 5:30-6:30PM. Arrive early to get a seat and enjoy your favorite glass of wine during Happier Hour which begins at 4:00PM.

Start the evening off with Happier Hour in Fireside Cellars from 4:00-6:30PM and live entertainment by EJ Erickson and Friends from 6:00PM-12:30AM to help you ring in 2010.

Dinner Service – New Year’s Eve – Two seatings at 6:30PM and 9:00PM.
Chef Bobby Moore has pulled out all the stops to make your New Year’s Eve dinner one to remember with “A Sparkling New Year’s Eve”. Enjoy 5 delectable courses paired with some of the finest champagnes. $125 per person includes champagnes/$75 per person without champagnes.

Kids aren’t the only ones who get to enjoy recess. The Spa at Willows Lodge has created a very special “Spa Recess” where you can take that much needed 30 minute “serenity break” during your busy day. Choose from a half hour massage, facial or pedicure at very special pricing.

During the month of November, it’s time for the very popular Dine Around Seattle program and this year the Barking Frog will be participating for both lunch and dinner. Chef Bobby Moore has created some seasonal menus you won’t want to miss. This is your opportunity to order a three course meal for only $15 lunch/ $30 dinner. The Dine Around Seattle menus are available Monday-Thursday for lunch and Sunday-Thursday for dinner excluding Thanksgiving.
