The Sammamish Ballroom is a prized spot for large meetings and weddings. Glass doors lead to our stunning herb gardens. Our cozy Burke Room, featuring a stone fireplace and outdoor patio, functions perfectly as a bridal suite.

The Sammamish Ballroom

The Sammamish Ballroom and adjoining Herb Garden Patio is the ideal setting for your next conference. This dividable meeting room suits groups from 10 to 130 people and has everything you expect in terms of projection screens, natural lighting and high-speed WiFi access. Glass doors lead to our stunning gardens, providing opportunities for lunch or break-out meetings “alfresco.”

The Gilman Room is one of the most desirable event spaces at Willows. It offers two lovely stone fireplaces that welcome you into this warm, cozy room. Guests enjoy natural sunlight streaming into the room through double patio doors. Adjourn to the private patio; sneak a breath a fresh air and head out to the award-winning herb gardens. The Gilman room offers a memorable experience for groups up to 40.

The Cedar Room

The Cedar Room is one of the most unique and comfortable small retreat venues you will find in the Northwest. It has large windows with views of our famous “cedar snag”, a stone fireplace and soft seating that lends perfectly for relaxed, brainstorming meetings by the fire. We can also remove the furniture and bring in a large conference table for effective meetings. The Cedar Room is perfect for small retreats and intimate dinners for groups of up to 15 guests.

The Cascade Room

This completely flexible space has glass Nana walls which open out onto a patio overlooking the Fireside courtyard. With plenty of natural light and a 70 inch LED television, the Cascade Room is the perfect venue for a small meeting, business dinner, or special event. The stunning wood-covered walls complete the Northwest feel of this intimate room.

Tucked into a quiet corner near a beautiful willow trees, Riverside Terrace offers a peaceful, secluded setting ideal for daytime events or gatherings that benefit from fresh air and natural beauty. This intimate outdoor venue is suited for wedding ceremonies with up to 100 guests, team-building activities, relaxed receptions, and casual picnics.

The Garden Gazebo

Surrounded by our flower and herb gardens, the Garden Gazebo is a versatile outdoor venue offered exclusively in combination with the Sammamish Ballroom. It is designed to accommodate weddings, dinners, receptions, and large picnics for approximately 100–150 guests. The gazebo provides shelter from sun and heat during summer months and can be fully enclosed with extendable awnings, customized windowed tenting, and built-in heaters to ensure guest comfort in cooler seasons. Includes an adjacent fire pit area, making it an inviting setting for memorable outdoor celebrations.

The Sun Deck
