Spa Etiquette / Policies
- Please arrive 45 minutes in advance if using facilities or 5 minutes in advance if going directly to your treatment.
- We ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment so that you may be nurtured without interruption.
- Please keep your voices to a minimum when in the spa so you don't interrupt our guests having treatments or wishing to relax.
- Credit Card: In order to secure your appointment, a credit card will be taken at time of booking.
- Cancellations: If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid our cancellation policy. We do charge the full amount of services that are cancelled within 48 hours.
- Group Bookings: For groups of 4 or more, there is an automatic 25% gratuity added and a 7-day cancellation policy.
- Gratuities: Gratuities may be given in appreciation for excellent service.
