What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM

Can I store my luggage before I check-in or after I check-out?
We are happy to store your luggage both prior to check-in and after check-out.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs available?
Yes, we do have rollaway beds and pack n' plays available free of charge. Please let your reservationist know or enter notes online when booking as these items are based upon availability.

What options are available for parking?
We have complimentary self-parking, as well as valet parking - $25 for guests dining in Barking Frog, The Herbfarm, Fireside Lounge, Spa guests and those guests attending banquet events. $20 per day for overnight guests.

Do you offer electric car charging stations?
Yes, we offer four Tesla charging stations and two Charge Point stations for all other models.

Is there a charge for Wi-Fi?
No, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and suites.

Do you offer shuttle service?
We do offer a courtesy shuttle within Woodinville based on availability. There are no reservations for this service. Please check with our front desk for availability. During the summer season, on concert nights at Chateau Ste. Michelle, there are no concert drop-offs or pickups.
For service to and from the airport and longer distance rides, we recommend Seattle Express Ride.

Are you pet friendly?
Yes, at Willows Lodge we love pets. Our WVIP (Willows Very Important Pet) program includes amenities for your four-legged pet including a personalized welcome card, bio bags, bottled water, a doggie bowl and bed to borrow, a towel to wipe wet paws, and a night-time doggie biscuit. $75 pet fee per stay to dogs staying in guest rooms. $150 pet fee for felines or pets in suites.

Do you have a resort/amenity fee?
Our nightly lodge fee of $35 plus tax includes the following:
• On-site self-parking
• Wine taste at check-in
• Morning lobby beverage to include coffee and tea, as well as fruit and snacks
• Afternoon lobby beverage to include fruit infused water (hot cider, seasonally)
• Bicycles and helmets to borrow
• Outdoor hydrotherapy pool and cedar sauna

Reservations

What is your cancellation policy?
Package reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation. All standard rates with no inclusions are subject to the following – Sunday through Thursday: 24-hours prior to arrival and Friday & Saturday: 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid the first night’s room and tax penalty.

Are there any charges at the time of booking?
We require a credit card to guarantee the reservation, but no deposit is taken.

Will my credit card be charged if I don’t cancel or show up?
The card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged for the first night’s room and tax if you fail to notify us of cancellation within the time periods above.

Can I check-out early for free?
You will be asked to verify your stay dates at check-in. Should you need to check-out earlier than what was signed for at check-in, we assess a $75 + tax early departure fee.

What are the taxes on my reservation?
There is a 12.5% Lodging and Sales Tax applied to all reservations.

Is there a minimum age to check-in?
You must be 18 years old with a valid photo ID to check-in.

What is the credit authorization to check-in?
At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax, with an additional $110 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $110 per night for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via debit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please click here to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form prior to arrival.

If I would like to purchase things like champagne, chocolates, or other items to be sent to a guest room, how would I go about doing that?

How would I change or cancel a reservation made in a third-party site (i.e. Expedia)?
Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

Does the lodge have ADA accessible guest rooms available?
Yes, we do. Please refer to our page on ADA accessible guest rooms for all the information.
Food & Beverage

Do you take reservations in Barking Frog or Fireside Lounge?
Yes, reservations are taken in Barking Frog for breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday, weekend brunch and dinner daily. We do not accept reservations for Fireside Lounge.
Spa

What hours are you open?
We are currently open 9:00AM-7:00PM (by appointment only) seven days a week.

What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of massages, facials and body treatments. For specific treatments, please refer to our Spa page.

What should I wear to my appointment?
If you are a hotel guest, you may change into your robe and slippers provided in your guest room prior to entering the spa.

Do you offer couples massages?
Yes, we do.

Do you offer in-room treatments?
Currently we do not offer in-room treatments.

What is the age requirement in the Spa?
The minimum age is 13 years old accompanied by a parent.

Do you have a swimming pool?
No, we do not have a swimming pool, however, we do have a hydrotherapy pool adjacent to the spa for spa guests and lodge guests.

Do you host meetings and events at your property?
Yes, we do. From board meetings to corporate events up to 140 attendees, Willows Lodge features over 5,000 square feet of beautiful meeting and banquet rooms in 7 flexible meeting rooms, many opening onto private patios.

Do you offer gift cards for purchase?
Yes, we do. Gift cards may be used towards overnight accommodations, dining in Barking Frog and Fireside Lounge, as well as spa treatments at The Spa at Willows Lodge. More information can be found on our Shop page.
